How is payment handled in Kirei Station?
All financial matters with us are handled by PayPal to protect both the seller and the buyer. We do not accept cash, cheques or direct credit card payment.
Customs and Duties
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package this price is calculated by the retail cost. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

Register before you start to purchase.
How do I know if my order has gone through?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order number upon successful transaction. In the event that you did not receive any e-mail confirmation, please login to your account and check your shopping cart to see if you have checked out all items successfully.
How can I know whether my order has been processed?
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order number and items ordered. This means that your order has reached us successfully.
When will my order be shipped?
Once payment is confirmed, orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days. We always send "Order Shipped" notification after your order is shipped..
What is the return and exchange policy?
For defective or incorrect items, we have a 10-day return policy upon receipt of the order, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Item must be in its original purchase condition, packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
2. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
3. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if you changed your mind about a product
4. This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as Non-exchangeable and Non-refundable
5. Refund are not available on unclaim return parcel.

Full refunds are only offered on a case-by-case basis.
Items that are Out of Stock will be refunded.
